Shipping Policy

Delivery time:

As an indication, orders are shipped within 48 hours and our delivery times are generally 7 to 15 working days after shipment of the order for United Kingdom and Europe. The delivery is free.
For orders to all other countries in the world, delivery times vary between 10 and 25 days. International delivery is also free.

Delivery can sometimes encounter problems and can take up to 45 working days.

As soon as the parcel leaves the distribution network you will be able to follow it via the tracking number that we will have sent you in your mailbox.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
